Do you want to restore function and form to degenerative areas in your body in just a few hours without major surgery, anesthesia, or the costs of leaving the country?
The DaSilva Institute is offering this revolutionary method of regenerative therapy now in-office at our Sarasota, Florida clinic.
Through an autologous stem cell transplant, we are able to harvest stem cells from your own fat tissue, concentrate them, and transplant them back into areas that need regeneration. The best part is stem cell transplant recovery is rapid since no major surgery is involved.
What About the Stem Cell Controversy?
Autologous means “self,” not to be confused with controversial embryonic stem cells. Using your body’s own adult stem cells — which are completely ethical and which are already preprogrammed to heal you — stem cell injections are safe, painless, affordable and natural, with fast results.
The DaSilva Institute has teamed up with one of the top 25 most influential research scientists in the world, Kristin Comella, to bring stem cell technologies right here to our state-of-the-art stem cell treatment facility in Sarasota, Florida. We are now offering stem cell treatments for a variety of degenerative diseases.
What Are Stem Cells Used For?
- Sports Medicine
- Arthritis & Osteoarthritis
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Critical limb ischemia
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Autoimmune disorders
- Inflammatory conditions
Virtually any area of the body needing restoration can benefit from an autologous stem cell transplant, and our list of approved protocols continues to grow each month.
What Are Stem Cells — Where Do They Come From?
Stem cells are unspecialized cells with the potential to develop into any cell. They are stored throughout our bodies — mostly in our fat tissue and bone marrow — until they are sent to areas of injury or illness, where they begin rebuilding and repairing damaged tissue.
Autologous stem cell therapy mimics this natural healing process, but at an accelerated rate, and with no down time or side effects. And because these stems cells are from your own body, there is absolutely no risk of rejection, and also no controversy as with embryonic stem cells, which have shown nothing but dismal results.
We use an innovative technology of stem cell harvesting that has been scientifically designed and validated to give the purest and highest yield in order to provide the highest success rate. In addition, we combine stem cells with platelet rich plasma (PRP) for the added growth factors that help stem cells regenerate tissue. You may have heard about celebrity athlete Kobe Bryant, who flew all the way to Germany to have platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injected into his injured knee. (This is another procedure we perform, called prolotherapy — read more here.)
What To Expect: The Stem Cell Transplant Procedure
The transplantation technique we use is simple, painless, and can be completed in a three- to four-hour office session, depending on the treatment you require. You are awake and able to communicate with our team during the entire procedure.
Our staff specialist numbs the tissue and draw a sample of adipose tissue (fat) using a tiny, blunt needle called a micro-cannula. The stem cells are isolated from the fatty tissue, purified in our stem cell lab, and administered to the area of your body being treated.
All of our patients’ stem cells are processed and stored in our state-of-the-art Stem Cell Laboratory located in Sarasota, Florida. Our practices have been vetted by the Institutional Review Board and our procedures are always performed according to FDA standards.
